October 7-10, 2021 we celebrated New York Comic Con (NYCC). Con-goers gathered to New York City once again to experience the thrill of a physical event. Last year we celebrated NYCC digitally with reveals, giveaways, and a huge sale on select collectibles. This year for NYCC, it was a hybrid of both physical and digital for us at Bluefin, and we wanted to recap the event for those that may have missed out.
Let us start things off with what fans were able to experience at NYCC:
Storm Collectibles is known for their highly-articulate action figures featuring some of the most iconic characters in fighting video game history. Throughout the years they have made figures from video game series such as Street Fighter, Tekken, Mortal Kombat, Injustice: Gods Among Us, King of Fighters, Gears of War, Golden Axe, and many more!
Mortal Kombat is one of Storm Collectibles longest running action figure lines. They have created over a dozen different characters into figures such as Shao Kahn, Goro, Sub-Zero, and Scorpion, to name a few. Storm Collectibles has recently announced the newest addition to their Mortal Kombat figure line - Reptile. Let's take a quick look at the green ninja warrior!
With just two weeks to go before this year’s virtual San Diego Comic-Con, BANDAI NAMCO Collectibles (Bluefin) revealed their line-up of Storm Collectibles 2021 Event Exclusives launching at Comic-Con@Home. Bluefin will be offering three different Storm Collectibles figures based on fan-favorite characters from the “GoldenAxe” and “Darkstalkers” video game franchises. If you haven't noticed by now, our Youtube channel has cleaned up quite a bit and never looked as good as it does now. This is all thanks to our new video producer Stephen *YAY*.
We're cranking out videos faster than you can say Bandai Namco Collectibles LLC. DBA Bluefin…or maybe not. Regardless, our YouTube channel has stepped up its game, such as having a channel trailer as well as amazing graphics inserted in each video now.
Storm Collectibles is known for creating some of the most amazing fighting video game action figures on the collectible market. Their figures feature some of the most popular characters from their respective video game and come jam-packed with accessories to re-create the characters attacks in the game. That's not the only thing Storm Collectibles is known for, their figures tower over other such as Motaro from Mortal Kombat, who stands at approx. 9.4 inches tall or Doomsday from Injustice: Gods Among Us standing at 11 inches.
Storm Collectibles recently announced the release for a new Zangief figure. Fans who missed out on his Street Fighter V figure release have requested a reprint of the Red Cyclone for some time, and while it is not the exact design from his Street Fighter V look, Storm has answered their call with this new updated version. We're going to take a quick look at this new announcement from Storm Collectibles.

Although our plans to physically bring you "the goods" was thwarted by current events, we here at Bluefin, are still able to offer you various figures and collectibles at amazing prices through our digital events.
