Irvine, California – July 8, 2026, Bandai Namco Toys & Collectibles America Inc. (BNTCA) returns to San Diego Comic-Con with immersive exhibits, photo ops, displays, workshops, and event exclusives featuring fan-favorite properties such as Dragon Ball, Naruto, and Godzilla. BNTCA will also showcase new products from GUNDAM, TAMASHII NATIONS, and Tamagotchi. There is something for everyone and attendees won’t want to miss this incredible spectacle on display. 

TAMASHII NATIONS | Booth #3329 

TAMASHII NATIONS will bring a powerful lineup of Event Exclusives, along with displays showcasing upcoming and newly released figures from anime, feature films, and more. Fans are encouraged to visit the booth for free giveaways, gifts with purchase, and standout photo opportunities with must-see statues. 

Event Exclusives will be available for pre-order and pickup at the event, with more details available through Premium Bandai USA. Limited quantities will also be offered for walk-up purchases. Select items from TAMASHII NATIONS STORE NEW YORK will also be available at the booth. 

TAMAGOTCHI | GODZILLA | Booth #3345

Celebrating 30 years of connection and play, the Tamagotchi booth will bring an exciting lineup of collectibles and devices to the event, spotlighting both nostalgic and Limited-Edition products! Across the show floor and at the panel event on July 24th at 11AM (Room: 25ABC), Tamagotchi will celebrate its legacy and future with engaging content highlighting 30 years of nurturing play, community and connection.

At the Godzilla booth, fans can test their knowledge in trivia challenges and compete in a roar contest for a chance to win prizes. Attendees can also pick up free Godzilla collectible pins in eight styles of varying rarity, celebrating the release of Bandai’s new Godziburst action figures. Fans of all ages can step into the Escape Godzilla photo experience and take home a free keepsake 4x6 print. Attendees can also shop Godziburst, a Godzilla Scramble Event Exclusive, and other officially licensed merchandise. 

GUNDAM | Booth #3829

At the GUNDAM booth, fans can check out a spotlight on GUNDAM ROGUE ORBIT, a newly announced video game title, and catch the Day 1 reveal of a new Gundam series making its major public debut during the Panel "GUNDAM Showcase 2026" on Thursday at 10:30AM in Room 6BCF. The booth will showcase the latest Gundam products from the Bandai Namco Group, including items from the new Gundam series. The booth will also feature photo opportunities with GUNPLA-kun and iconic Gundam statues, along with event-exclusive Gundam model kits, action figures, additional merchandise, and free swag.

GUNDAM Showcase 2026 – Unveil the Next Gundam | Thurs. 10:30AM in Room 6BCF

A special panel showcasing the latest updates on the Gundam series for 2026, featuring an exciting lineup of guest speakers. From insights into upcoming titles including new releases and continuing series, to the latest developments in North America. This session will cover the present and future of Gundam with special guests all the way from Japan! Attendees will also receive a Gundam swag bag loaded with free goodies. (while supplies last).

Gundam Workshop – Mezzanine 19 – Open Daily 30-Minutes After Show Opening 

Attendees can join a free Gundam workshop in the Mezzanine and build a complimentary GUNPLA model kit to take home as a souvenir. Participation is subject to availability and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Godzilla Invades GameStop Before Preview Night

Visit GameStop in Mission Valley for a Godzilla meet-and-greet ahead of Comic-Con’s Preview Night festivities. Guests can take photos with Godzilla, receive a free promotional button, and shop new officially licensed Godzilla merchandise, including Bandai’s new Godziburst and Godzilla Scramble figure lines, along with a first to market Glow-in-the-Dark Burning Godzilla action figure.

Don’t miss MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM HATHAWAY The Sorcery of Nymph Circe in Theaters for a limited time

The year is U.C.0105, twelve years after Char's Rebellion. "Mafty" has begun resisting the Federation government's tyrannical rule by assassinating its ministers. Its leader is actually Hathaway Noa, the son of Bright Noa, who fought in the One Year War alongside Amuro Ray.

A girl named Gigi Andalusia, who displays uncanny powers, has reminded Hathaway of a past trauma. Though he is bewildered by her words, he prepares to carry out an air raid on the Adelaide conference, determined to fulfill Mafty's goals and lay his own past to rest. Haunted by past trauma, Hathaway is drawn to the mysterious girl Gigi Andalucia, whose strange powers stir memories within him. While swayed by her cryptic words, he continues preparing for Mafty’s mission — the attack on the Adelaide Conference.

Meanwhile, Kenneth Sleg of the Federation Forces prepares a defense operation for the Adelaide Conference and a plan to eliminate Mafty, when he is approached by Handley Yoxon of the Criminal Police Organization with a secret proposal. As Hathaway and Kenneth pursue their respective goals, Gigi also sets off for Hong Kong to fulfill her own role.

 Admirers of “Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam” and “Mobile Suit Gundam Wing” are in for a treat! Two new limited GUNPLA model kits are joining the first ever U.S. The Gundam Base at the Fashion Outlets of Chicago. The MG 1/100 The Gundam Base Limited GM Sniper Custom (Mobile Suit Z Gundam Ver.) & the RG 1/144 The Gundam Base Limited Gundam Epyon [Special Coating] will be available for fans to purchase starting from the month of April.

 

MG 1/100 THE GUNDAM BASE LIMITED GM SNIPER CUSTOM (MOBILE SUIT Z GUNDAM Ver.)

The “MG/100 GM Sniper Customer” will be available at The Gundam Base from April with the "Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam" color scheme!

It features the sharp styling of a Master Grade while staying true to the original design.

The distinctive head includes a visor that can open and close perfect for close-range combat!

Its iconic sniper pose can be recreated thanks to a wide range of articulation in the arms and chest.

You can even fold and carry its main weapon, the "R4-Type Beam Rifle"!

Various weapons are included such as the right-armed "folding handgun".

RG 1/144 THE GUNDAM BASE LIMITED GUNDAM EPYON [SPECIAL COATING]

The "RG 1/44 Gundam Epyon" is now available at The Gundam Base from April in a "Special Coating" version featuring a combination of plating and extra finish!

This kit features a locking mechanism at the hip joints.  This design balances transformation and articulation, allowing for sturdy construction and wide-range movement.

A wide range of expressive poses are possible due to the additional articulation point on the upper wrist and forearm.

The shin has a retractable ball joint built into it which enables a flexible neck movement.

The thigh articulation point creates a smooth, pterosaur-like neck motion.

The cable connecting the Beam Sword and Mount Latch uses a lead wire.

A new platform for event management launched.

GUNDAM ASSEMBLE is a competitive miniature tabletop game that uses mobile suits and other units from the Mobile Suit Gundam series as playing pieces. Players assemble and paint approximately 5 cm-sized miniatures—capturing the enjoyment of plastic model kits—and engage in strategic, squad-based combat that leverages terrain on the game board. The game is distinguished by narrative tie-ins to Mobile Suit Gundam series and a strong commitment to miniature sculpt quality. January 21, 2026 - Bandai Namco Toys & Collectibles America Offers Gashapon Items and Quality Figures for the Visitors to Purchase at the Prestigious Art of Manga Exhibition.

IRVINE, CA. – Bandai Namco Toys & Collectibles America (BNTCA) is proud to participate in the prestigious “Art of Manga” exhibition at the de Young Museum in San Francisco, delivering a unique Japanese experience to attendees. The exhibition has drawn over 175,000 visitors since opening in September 2025 and has been extended by a week due to popular demand.

Upon arrival, visitors are greeted by massive 60 Gashapon machines, each filled with popular manga (and anime) character products, Japanese culture-inspired miniatures, and adorable collectibles. These vending machines allow guests to enjoy the fun of spinning the handle and discovering capsule toys. In addition to the Gashapon machines, BNTCA is showcasing high-quality figures from popular manga titles featured in the exhibition.

About Gashapon

The concept of a small vending machine dispensing toys was imported to Japan in mid-60’s. Bandai entered the capsule toy markets in 1977 with Gashapon. The name is formed by two Japanese onomatopoeias; “Gasha” for turning the handle and “Pon” for capsule being dispensed. Now enjoyed by all generations, Gashapon offers a sheer variety of products including anime figures, food miniatures, realistic animal replicas, stationery items, and accessories. With global popularity and demand, Gashapon has been officially recognized by Guiness World Record as the largest capsule toy brand in the world.

About Art of Manga Exhibition

Presented by the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, the Art of Manga exhibition spotlights manga—a genre of innovative Japanese comics and graphic novels known for evocative artwork. Currently on view at the de Young Museum, the exhibition explores the world of manga from the 1970s to today, featuring rarely displayed original drawings by major artists such as Tetsuya Chiba, Fujio Akatsuka, Rumiko Takahashi, Jiro Taniguchi, Mari Yamazaki, Hirohiko Araki, Kazumi Yamashita, Gengoroh Tagame, Fumi Yoshinaga, Eiichiro Oda, and Keiichi Tanaami.
