For those of you that have come accustomed to flipping over a wormhole and getting to see 9 new cards without any repercussions, your free flips are no more. In the upcoming release of Star Trek [Deck Building Game] you will be introduced to Murasaki 312, a Special card like Wormhole except with a nasty twist.

Here is the effect:

Once this card is flipped, you will replace it and every card in the Starbase Search Area. Then, count up the number of card in the Starbase Search Area that have 1 or more Attack. Every player will receive damage equal to that number. In the blink of an eye the board can change and result in one, if not all players being defeated. Now you will have to watch your damage more closely to avoid an unexpected destruction without ever even exploring.
