Let’s talk a bit about what our design plans for this particular game were. How do we do The Original Series justice.

Taking 79 episodes from 3 season and condensing it into 1 game was a challenge. Our dedicated Star Trek fan scoured many hours of videos to find something from each episode, be it something small or big. We had to decide what in the episode would represent it, at times it was something small that became a Maneuver or Setup. Some episodes were easily converted to a Mission or Event. Finally the ones that features the most memorable and lovable characters where turned into just that, Characters.

We had big ideas for this game but as many people know big ideas can mean big obstacles. Despite our many days of work and planning to incorporate every episode of the show, we ran into some pitfalls that resulted in some episodes being an impossibility for this game. Although not every episode made it into the final cut of the game, we know you will love the ones that did and since most of them did, we hope that as you play the game you will relieve some of your fondest memories for the show that fuels our imagination to this day. We put a lot of blood, sweat, and tears into this game and hope that you have as much fun playing it as we did in creating it.
