Having an issue on playing of cards during a war.

Ok so a war event flips. Does it go in rounds? Ex. in a 3 player game. Player 1 plays then player 2 pass, player 3 pass. So if Player 1 now passes does the play end or do other players get to finish the round of playing cards until all players pass in a round of play.

Card plays continue until all players pass their play consecutively, at which point damage is dealt in order of modified Speed values.
