Are Standard Starship flip effects enforced in the Borg Scenario?

Yes, the flip effect always applies. The regular effect text applies too, but the only one I can think of that matters (but not in Borg Scenario as you don't battle them) when just flipped from the space deck is the ship that says "This card gets +6 shields." Some flip effects I recall only increase attack which won't matter, but technically it still happens.

It does't make sense, especially something like the Klingon Cruiser that says if you have more then 200 points it gets a stat bonus or the starship that is also a mission (since there are no missions, there is no place to put the ship if the flip effect goes off and no way to complete it since you have no explores).

You should apply the flip effects of the standard ships in the borg scenario except for those that specifically say otherwise.

So the Starship that Flip Effects into a Mission, would it stay on the field and be a passable mission in future turns? Or would it only be a mission until end of turn and then fly away per the Borg Invasion rules for non-Borg Starships?
