Two parts: A)After the round of battling a Borg cube, if you fail to destroy the cube and are still alive, do you gain a Borg card and are allowed to use three searches in the Starbase deck?
B)If you are destroyed, do you gain a Borg card, shuffle your deck, draw five cards, and then explore the space deck again.
If anyone lives through the required explore for the turn, the turn continues as an otherwise normal turn (playing more cards if you can, searching, buying, and using ship abilities). So the answer to part A is yes.
As for B, if a player is destroyed, they gain a Borg card, shuffle, and can no longer participate this turn. Destroyed players still count as an "exploring player" for FAIL effects even if an "and explore again" occurs and more FAILs are encountered. Players who survived all Explore effects get do all of the things I mentioned above . I'd recommend that destroyed players not draw a new hand until everyone declares they are ready for the turn to end and do so at the same time. Everyone being destroyed will end the turn, so everyone would get a Borg card, shuffle everything, and redraw then start the next turn with an Explore.
I should probably mention that if you blow up (or in the likely case of everyone wiped out), you end up with 2 Borg cards because you get one for blowing up and (if the Borg lived) one for the FAIL effect (even though you are dead and can't do anything, you still count as an "exploring player").

i got one The Locutus Event is the 6+X Speed and 10+X attack using ony characters include your ships stats as a base meaning just the ship and Character cards (no maneuvers or set-ups) or is it ONLY Character (No ship stats maneuvers or set-ups)
It is only Characters.
