Questions on 2 cards, BORG SNEAK ATTACK, and KIVAS FAJO

The Borg Sneak Attack,

1. Dose one player need to do all 11 points of damage or dose it add up as each player damages the Borg?

2. Can you shot another player during this event?

Kivas Fajo,

If you do not have an item can you steal one?

1. I think it adds up as each player damages it. The player who kills it wins the card. I imagine it flees to the bottom of the space deck if it is not destroyed at all.
2. If I remember correctly, the card is a War event so other than the win condition being killing that ship, yes, players can shoot each other (useful to prevent the player in the lead from winning the War).

As for Fajo, I think it is necessary for you to have an item (can't steal one), however, other effects of the card may still apply (if that's the one that also gives a draw and an explore).

IIRC, Kivas Fajo says you "may swap one item in your points area with an item in another players points area", so you have to have at least one to do the swap.
