Rakal and Madred Preview

Now that we made it through Christmas I though I'd start some threads about some of the cards previewed for the TNP.



My first impression of this card was "Yes! Finally we have a jerk card canceller!" Her stats are fair for the 8xp price and overall she is a very useful card.

After thinking it over I am left with one question. If I player her to my bridge during another player's turn does she remain on my bridge until the end of my next turn or does she get discard at the end of the turn in which I played her in?




As for Madred I thought that the negative stat was a good balance for his jerkish ability and it worked so well for his character (based on the Series).

I would imagine that Rakal would be discarded at the end of the turn you play her in, but I could definitely be wrong there.

And yes, I too, love Madred. I've always been a huge fan of the Cardassians, I find them even more fascinating as a people than the Klingons, and so I was very much looking forward to seeing them represented in this game.
