I just found the foil cards for Infected Wesker, Ada, George, Jim, and Hunk on eBay for about 2.50-4.50 from a seller by the name of lbackblastl. The guy has like 800+ sales and 100% rating so I went with it. I also buy the Chris and Jill cards from BGG earlier as mentioned in the thread.

Now to find the mats. I’m guessing I won’t have luck finding them for less than 25 a piece but I’m going to look around. I especially want the one with the Butcher on it from the Premier edition.
