How much of a gap has it been between releases?

I haven't posted in this forum since Nightmare came out..and literally nothing has changed.
Which made me think of how long its been since anything significant happened with this game property. I'm not privy to how this game is developed nor how its handled in terms of shipping and IP and all that other fun stuff, but you gotta throw us a bone.
Four sets, $120 bucks. I love this game...but I'm concerned that its going to gather dust.

Alright, that seems plausible. I just don't want anything related to Operation Raccoon City in this game. ORC was terrible.

I personally love the Operation Raccoon City characters. Both Wolfpack and Spec Ops teams set up for twelve possible new characters right there! I'd love to see them - I've gone as far as making my own to use with my playing circle to hold myself over.
