Ammo.... please simplify im so confused

Okay so heres the dealio... the new ammo cards can be trashed to gain more +10 more gold.... when is this appropriate to use... is it when the ammo is in your play area and added to your ammo pool, or is it trashed from the hand. Also is it sent to the bottom of the resource pile once trashed? Do you need to purchase more ammo to replace the trashed ammo. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you are misinterpereting its ability...Its trashed just like any other card. You need a trashing card or ability to trash it, it doesnt have the ability to trash itself. As far as I know there isnt a card that allows you to trash from your play area...so i dont think you can squeeze 20 gold out of it...it would technically go to the bottom of the ammo x10 pile but does it really matter? The entire pile is ammo x10.

Oh lol, ya i was doing it wrong.. DERP! lol So i need to be able to trash it, so basically your ammo X10s always stay with your deck until you get a card that allows you to trash it. It would be the sense i was using it if the card description say "you may trash"... to gain lol. |Thanx that really carified this

Its all good. I got a bit confused myself until the first game i tried playing with them.
