About the characters of all the editions in a game set

I have Premier, Alliance, Outbreak, Nightmare Editions. There are total 43 characters.
我手下有標準版、同盟、擴散、夢靨，一共43個角色卡

Q1. I can only add the cards Ch021~Ch033 in the outbreak mode set, right?
Q1. 請問若玩擴散模式，我是不是只能加入CH-021~CH-033到遊戲裡？

Q2. Can the cards CH-021~CH030 be added to non-outbreak modes?
Q2. 請問CH-021~CH030可以加入非擴散模式下遊戲嗎？

Q3. In a general story or mercenary mode, can I add all Premier, Nightmare and Alliance characters to the game set?
Q3. 若選擇一般故事模式或傭兵模式，我是不是只能使用標準版和夢靨及同盟的角色卡進行遊戲？

Q4. In a partner mode(non-outbreak), can I add all the characters except CH-021~CH033 to the game set?
Q4. 同盟玩法下(無擴散)，我可以把全部角色卡(除CH-021~CH033)加入到遊戲裡嗎？

There are total 43 characters. It seems that different modes can only be added specific characters. I don't know whether I am wrong or not. Somebody answers me plz!
一共43個角色卡，似乎不同遊戲模式各有角色卡的使用限制，我不知道我的想法是否正確，求解答 ！

Hi! Some characters have abilities focused at specific game modes (Partner or Outbreak, for example). Out of this game modes, their abilities could be completely useless.

You may adjust the abilities to fit differente game modes (example: changing effects that mention remove or gain an infection level per trash or gain an Ammo x10 card). Or you may simply remove this characters from the characters options for your game when not playing their respective mode. I prefer this last one option, but this is all about you gameplay preferences. Set aside the characters you don't wish to use and sort the others as normal.

Another situation occurs when some characters have abilities that works with specific resources (Premier Sheva with Rifles or Alliance Claire with Red Herbs) that are not present at all games resources. I prefer to set aside this characters for balanced gameplay. But again, know that this is a matter of preference!
