Can Alyssa 1st ability be used has m any times has posible?
I mean If im using a pistol can give the pistol +20damage by paying 40 ammo?

If not this mean all character can use their ability only once per turn?
or that depends on the character?

whenever an effect uses the word "can" than it can only be used once per turn. If not then you may use the effect multiple time granted the timing and conditions are correct.
