Broken Butterfly plus Silver Ghost

So lets say during an explore i play the broken butteryfly (we-035) and the silver ghost (we-032) and have no cards in my inventory. During step 5 when weapon effects activate can i have the silver ghost's effect activate first, causing me to reshuffle my inventory for the plus 1 card, and then have the broken butterfly's effect check for my inventory for it's plus 20 dmg?

I would definitely say yes, you would have to announce you are activating Silver Ghost's effect first and then Broken Butterfly's effect.
