Question Discard and Card Pickup Questions

This is the last foggy area for me in the rules. When discarding for your end of turn are you supposed to discard everything in your inventory that is face up or just what you've played such as health, weapons and ammo?

Second, from what I understood in the manual, you pick up 5 more cards at the beginning of each turn. Do these come from your discard pile that you shuffle regularly or what?

    Thanks for the help.

13 views and no reply. I found that there was a Wiki page for this and found the answer.

When you play cards from your hand they go into your play area (unless they are played via discarding, ex. Green Herb). They stay there until the end of turn.

At end of turn you place all cards in your play area and any unplayed cards from your hand into your discard pile.

You then draw five cards from your inventory (deck). If you attempt to draw a card from your inventory and there are no cards yo draw you take your discard pile, shuffle it and place it face down as your new inventory/deck. You then continue with your card draw.

    Does that answer your questions?
