CH-021: Excella Gionne
CH-022: Kevin Ryman
CH-023: David King
Q: If I use this character's level 1 effect to add the text of WE-001 Rocket Launcher to a weapon I have, what happens when MA-012 Rocket Launcher Case is revealed from the mansion after I shuffled it back in?
A: The character whor evealed MA-012 would gain nothing because David would still be in posession of WE-001. The case would then be removed from the game, per its text.

CH-026: Leon S. Kennedy
CH-027: Ada Wong
CH-028: Chris Redfield

Q: Do I have to draw everytime an opponent lowers their infection level?
A: Yes, you must draw.
Q: if a player plays By Any Means Necessary AC-027 and chooses 0, do I draw a card via her second effect?
A: No you don't, since they didn't decrease their infection level by any amount.
CH-030: Hunk
CH-031: Zombie A
Q: What is the "Berserker" this card's text is referring to?
A: It is referring to this card.

AC-023: Power of the T-Virus
AC-024: "I Have This..."
AC-025: Wesker's Secret
Q: What happens if I don't reveal an "Antivirus" card?
A: All 4 of the cards you looked at go to the bottom of the mansion in a random order, as specified by the card effect.
AC-026: Injection
AC-027: By Any Means Necessary
Q: What exactly is the purpose of this card?
A: Some people strive to kill themselves via infection purposely, but they want to be the best zombie they can be. With this action card, player's can get a -1 to their infection level, but can also get rid of infection cards they don't want so they can essentially "customize" what type of infection effects they will have upon death via infection.
AC-028: Higher Priorities
AC-029: Parting Ways
Q: Where does the card I gain go to?
A: It goes to your discard pile, per the definition of the word "Gain".
AC-030: Returned Favor
AC-031: The Gathering Darkness

WE-026: Standard Sidearm
Q: Does this weapon include any non-Item cards I buy?
A: Yes, because buying also causes you to "Gain" a card.
WE-027: Samurai Edge
Q: Does this weapon include any cards I buy?
A: Yes, because buying also causes you to "Gain" a card.
WE-028: Stun Rod
WE-029: Lightning Hawk
WE-030: Hand Cannon
WE-031: Night Scope Rocket Launcher
Q: Is there an official definition for when "nighttime" is?
A: The absolute official definition is that daytime is from 6 am to 6 pm, and nighttime is from 6 pm to 6 am.

MA-041: Tyrant T-002
Q: Does this card refer to a player's "Infection Level", or actual level when it says "...plus their current Level..."?
A: It is referring to the exploring character's actual level. For instance, if CH-008 Chris Redfield ran into this infection and he had 0 decorations, he would gain 2 infection (1 + 1 level = 2).
MA-042: Yawn
MA-043: Nemesis (2nd Form)
MA-044: Grave Zombie
MA-045: Wasp
MA-046: Web Spinner
MA-047: Reinforced Zombie
MA-048: Crimson Head
MA-049: Reinforced Licker
Q: Does this card refer to the printed Ammo Requirement or after character effects are applied?
A: The timing is "when this infected is revealed", meaning that the this card's effect occurs after character effects, so this card refer's to the value after character effect's are applied.
MA-050: Grave Digger
MA-051: Zombie Cop
MA-052: Eliminator
MA-053: Lisa Trevor
Q: What happens if I don't defeat this infected?
A: You take the indicated damage on the card, and move it to the bottom of the mansion as normal.

Infection Mode
Q: does Chris Redfield PR-001's level 1 ability reduce the damage of infected characters?
A: No he does not. He only reduces "Infected", not "Infected Characters".
Q: Does Chris Redfield PR-001's level 2 ability reduce the damage of infection cards?
A: No, because infection cards are labeled as "Infection", while weapons are labeled as "Weapon".
Q: What happens when an infected character's health hits 0?
A: Rulebook pg 13: "If an Infected Character dies, that Infected Character's Player is not out of the game. The Player controlling the Character who killed that Infected Character takes the Infected with the highest Decoration value that was attached to the Infected Character, attaches it to their Character, and adds its Decoration value to their total."
Q: When exactly does a character turn into an Infected?
A: The second they gain their 10th Infection (page 15, Outbreak rulebook).
Rulebook
Page 24 (Jill Valentine's Custom Inventory): "Proximity Mine" should be "Parting Ways".
