David vs. Nightmare Leon.
This one... is kinda interesting. Leon has whats basically a slightly weaker Item Management that works on ANYTHING, meanwhile David can do things like turn a knife into a flamethrower. I'm gonna side with Leon, just because while both their level 1s are great, Leon's "Gain and Draw" is better than David's Knife out of Nowhere, I think.

Partings Ways Leon is better than David hands down. Without Skill or Action support, David just can't make those knives powerful enough, while Leon has good ramp and Trash ability no matter what the Resource Area has; yes, I'm looking at you, Shattered Memories.

Leon pretty much dominates here. His abilities always generate value, and he's next to unbeatable with Gathering Forces. David, on the other hand, is borderline unplayable.

Disregarding the fan vote, Sergei wins today. Becky a fun card, but you can shut her down with a simple "no". And in Mercs, Sergei's extra explore is a vaulable thing.

Oh, I could spoil my vote for that one... but then I'd have to kill you. But I don't want to have to do that because I love the game you design.

Sergei vs. Nurse Becca.
Becca's entirely situational. Yeah, in a four player game with Fierce Battle, she can be insane on the damage output, but thats still way too situational to having whats basically a permanent pre-Mercs shotgun effect. Gotta give it to Sergei.

Nightmare Ada vs. Gencon Wesker.
Well, immortality is CERTAINLY a thing, but it takes forever (longer than any other ability) to get to. Plus she has to either use a damaging action or go in and fail to get her extra cards. Wesker just needs 6 decos, and then to die twice (or get hit by Nightmare Hunter... who happens to be the ULTIMATE silver bullet for Ada) to have a 6 card hand and 2 explores. Immortality is definitely a thing, but I think Wesker's innate extra card and explore just for dying twice win here.

Primer Leon vs. Kevin.
Yeah, Kevin's first effect HURTS Leon, but by now, theres enough super pistols (Blowback, Punisher, etc) out there that Leon can get around not having the Samurai Edge. Leon's got this.
