Agreed, though maybe not top dozen. 70 health hurts more than ever, thanks to skills, but I'm never unhappy to play him. Doubling the damage on a Riot Shotgun is just a flatout awesome feeling, among other common things.

Alyssa vs. Alliance Hunk.

Its hard to NOT make a case for Hunk, particularly outside of partner mode, but I honestly had to give it to Alyssa. Once you have your deck down to a level where you can easily predict your next card, not only gaining it, but getting +Explore is kinda a big deal.

Hunk vs. Alyssa is a fairly good argument (2 cards vs. 1 card + explore), but it's next to impossible to not say card advantage is just flatout better. I voted for Hunk, since the only thing he's really giving up to Alyssa is a lower health total.

Outbreak Hunk vs. Alliance Krauser.

This is one example where the negative effect honestly doesn't hurt that bad. As long as you can get enough of a draw action chain going (such as, say, Uroboros Injection -> Fierce Battle -> Uroboros Injection -> Fierce Battle), hes going to WRECK stuff with his Blade Arm. That one weapon should be a pre-Mercs Shotgun for the added explore.

The catch is A) getting to his level 2 and B) being able to balance those draw actions with the number of cards in your inventory. If you fail to do either of those, you're toast.

Even one Fierce Battle is enough to get him a justifiable hand. That's 80 damage without a weapon, or 95 with, say, two Ammox30s, a Riot Shotgun, and 5 random cards. True, Krauser's drawback is pretty brutal, and he can struggle to hit Level 2, but even though he's usually behind by the time he gets there, he makes up for it in a big way. Going in for 50 every turn with no effort at all is just awesome, seeing as that makes up the composition of roughly 80-85% of most mansions. Hunk, on the other hand, just doesn't really do enough to justify his place in the bracket IMO. Just too much pain for not enough gain.

...Sorry, Sheva, but this isn't even really a contest once Ada hits 2. Besides, as a weapon specialist, Sheva depends on Rifles being in the resource area.

Sheva's Level 1 is still useful, always, but even with rifles, she's still not beating Ada once she reaches Level 2. You're right, it's not a contest.
