Barry has got a nice beard and his one liners are better, that has to count for something. Besides, I'm preety sure that his beard gives him invicibility as well as some extra powers with the ladies.

    Primer Barry vs. Primer Wesker.

While Barry is quite possibly the most lethal weapon specialist (seriously, that damage boost to magnums is pretty big!), thats just the thing. Hes a specialist, so he, like Sheva (and Alliance Claire, for that matter) relys on a specific weapon, in this case magnums, being on the field. Wesker doesn't, and while his extra explore can be good or bad due to being mandatory, he can be used no matter what the resource area looks like. Wesker gets my vote officially, but I would give it to Barry if magnums are on the field.

    Mark vs. Outbreak Chris.

...Huh, I'd forgotten we already had a Melee specialist. *watches my "Make Jake the Melee Specialist come RE6!" train derail HARD* Regardless, Chris gets this one, simply because his damage boost is higher, and Melee weapons are still kinda underdeveloped.

Both Mark and Chris are great with the proper pools, though I think Mark has a lot more focus in his strategy. The problem is that his strategy can be shut down fairly easily considering EVERYONE wants Stun Rods if they're in the pool. Chris, however, is good in any pool, though he excels without ammo-less weapons like Night Scopes and Flamethrowers. I'll give Chris the vote for versatility, even though I think Mark is more fun, and more explosive.

    Billy vs. Reaper Hunk.

...Honestly, this one could go either way. I gave it to Hunk on a coin flip.

Hunk vs. Billy is pretty close. I think I have to give it to Billy though, mostly based on longevity. The Reaper's still pretty new to the fold, and while he is very good (one of the best rushdown characters, even), Billy has history on his side as one of the best characters ever printed. Sure, he excels more with Flamethrowers, but he's still good in any pool.

Final duel of Round 1: Primer Claire vs Nightmare Jill... I mean... Mysterious Mask.

Claire's always been so simplistic, yet so vicious. I gotta give it to her.

Not me. I'm going with Mask. Claire's fine and all, but she suffers from too much: 70 health, less relevant abilities in the late game, not enough oomph overall... Mask just has her beat. She always has draw power, doesn't die to the boss in one hit, and she thins her deck without assistance. Definite Mask win here.

    Round 2.... FIGHT!

    Primer Ada vs. Alliance Hunk.

....Huh, this one's tought to call. Ada can get an extra action, Hunk starts with two cards. I think I'm gonna give it to Hunk, because Ada needs to get her deck fully situated before she starts sacrificing her buy. Granted, Hunk needs his partner to die if hes got one, but thats only an issue in, well, partner mode.
