First game ended...strangely

Hi, so me and a friend just finished our first game of REDBG and it ended...strangley, for a first game. We both had been knocked down to 10 max health through numerous K.O.s, and Nemesis flipped on someone's explore doing 20 to each of us and killing us both. We weren't sure if this resulted in a double loss or if you simply count up your decorations as usual. We totaled the up, was this right? Thanks.

P.S. loved the game. Was pretty nervous about it after playing the debacle that is the star trek DBG, but I was really impressed right from the get go.

The person with the most decorations at the end of the game wins...weather it is by killing the boss or everyone dying. The winner need not be alive, even if the boss is killed and people are still standing.

Thanks, that's what we figured. Just thought it was a funny way for game 1 to end and wanted to be sure.
