What is the custom inventory for the promotional characters PR-009 Rebecca Chambers & PR-010 Hunk?

Hi!

New user here, sorry for the necro. Inquired about this from Tylar on BGG, but haven't heard back, so figured this place is probably more active. Anyways, these two promos as it stands, require Mercenaries expansion to use in any Mercenary mode. Sadly, when I grabbed these two off Ebay, I only owned Premier + Outbreak and was content with that. Since I was pretty much doing Story Mode, there was no problem using the pair, they fit right in. Have since added Nightmare, but sadly, Mercenaries, even if I wanted to add it now, isn't available in Finland, at least not in my FLGS and to buy it from over the Atlantic, shipping would cost about as much as the expansion itself.

However, I am looking to get Mercenary mode into circulation more and have been wondering if anybody has any suggestions for a reasonable (not like the Custom Inventories are balanced as is) CI for these two using expansions other than Mercenaries?

On a side note, as I understand it, Mercenaries set characters only have one level each (correct?), making these two promos rather different, since they seem to follow the pattern of the previous sets of having two levels.

Yes, I know their CIs are listed, but I could only see "this requires the Mercenaries Edition to use" on both of them. I was asking for suggestions about CIs without Mercenaries Edition.

Would they work if you swapped:

Reliable Blade with Knife
Custom Standard Sidearm with Handgun/Standard Sidearm/Silver Ghost?
Melee with Submission
Ibex Standard with ? (don't know what that gun does)
Tear Gas with ? (same as the one above)
