Shipping question

Is the game actually out now? I per-ordered it months ago from cool stuff months ago. When I called about the order they said it still has not be released to them or something. It is causing another part of the order to be delayed and I really would like the whole order.
Is there any idea how long before all locations get the game if it is actually out now? I am really mad about all of the delays. So mad I have though about cancling the order and demanding my money back the delays are just flat out crazy.

Just relax Saphira. Yes there are delays and yes it sucks. I too have ordered mine from Coolstuffinc (and of them but the Premier in the same order, so I'm just using the Premier right now) so I know what you're talking about. A company like them could have just gotten that many orders for this game and need to catch up. If you're willing to wait months for pre-ordering it, I'm sure the extra month or so won't hurt you too much. If the other items are that important, at least you now know not to bundle other things like them with a pre-order in the future.

The bottom line? Delays happen, there's nothing you can do about it but wait (just like the guys that waited for that Duke Nukem game, but nowhere near as long for us). Getting angry won't solve anything.

Coolstuff is showing it as in stock now; is that true of when you called? I know the merchant I ordered from just for their stock of the game today.

Not a problem. Just tell them that it was delayed (your choice to mention if it was because of a pre-order) and that you'll get it to them when you can. Surely it won't be as bad as when my best friend gave me my 2011 Christmas present in March 2012 when he had it since November 2011. I'm assuming what necklessone says is correct, in which case you can expect your game well before Christmas. It takes me approximately 2-3 weeks to get items from Coolstuff and I'm in Canada (so it has to stop at customs). If you don't get a shipping notice by Friday November 30th then it's time to get worried (only for the worst-case scenario of 3 weeks and only for being on time for Christmas).

Just checked and my order says "Order processed and ready to ship". Expect your shipping notice within a day or two.
