Few questions about mansion cards...

Just picked up my copy today and came across a few cards with confusing wording.

first: Does Adjulf ability *When this infected is revealed, it gets -10 Damage during this turn if the Exploring Character has 3 or more xp on them* mean it takes -10 damage from the character or Adjulf deals -10 damage to the character with 3 or more xp.

second: Chicken *This infected is worth 0 Decorations while in a combo pile by itself* does this only apply in Mercenaries mode? or is it also worth nothing if it happens to be the first/only creature you kill?

and lastly: Los Ganados (male) *When this infected is revealed, it gets +10 health during this turn for every infected with the same name as it that are attached to any characters* is (male) part of its name or would all Los Ganados count for his ability?
