20 Rounds of Game Play
Objective
Players have 20 rounds to defeat as many zombies as possible. At the end of the game the player with the most decorations wins. However if any of the party members fall in battle, the group loses.
How the Game Works:
Players perform actions at the same time instead of taking turns.
Setup
Each Player Starts by Drawing a 5 card Hand like Normal. Set your Hotel counter to 1.

*Repeat these steps until the Hotel Counter reaches 20 or if any player is Dead (Max health of 0)

Game Plan
Before any cards are played, each player must choose to either Explore the Hotel or do Inventory Management
Explore the Hotel
Players who pick this option play their turn like normal, playing actions, buy resources, and declare weapons. Once all of the players that picked this option are done performing these actions, starting with the player doing the most damage each player chooses how many mansion cards they want to reveal (Max of 4). Then each player is dealt facedown mansion cards equal to the number they picked.
Inventory Management
If players don't feel comfortable about exploring this round they can choose to do Inventory Management instead. The players that choose this option get +2 card draw and 1 free option Trash. They can still play actions and buy resources however they can not declare weapons. These players will skip the combat phase.
Combat Phase
Each exploring player reveals 1 of the cards dealt to them and must try to defeat it before revealing any of their other facedown mansion cards. If a player can defeat their revealed infected then they reduce their total damage by the defeated infected health then reveal another mansion card if able.
If a player is unable to defeat the infected they have two options. They can take the damage from the infected and discard it or they can wait to see if another player can "assist" them in defeating it.
If that player decides to take the damage, the infected becomes available to "Kill Steal". Another exploring player that is doing enough damage to defeat it has the option of defeating it before revealing their next card (if any).
If the player decides to wait for assistance, that player deals all of their damage to that infected and waits for the remaining exploring players to finish revealing/fight their mansion cards. Players who didn't ask for assistance and still have left over damage can use it towards helping out other players.
If the group is unable to assist another player, then that player takes the damage from the first infected, then the group can try to assist with the next one, if not then that player takes the damage from all infected that the party can't defeat.
To clarify, players can not assist other players until they have revealed all of their mansion cards. Players that are waiting for assistance do not take damage until every player's mansion cards have been revealed.
When revealing mansion cards, the group of exploring players must reveal them at the same time. Players that are requesting assistances still reveal their additional mansion cards and take any of their effects but are unable to fight them.
Here is an example of a 4 player game, where all 4 players decided to Explore the Hotel.
After all four players are finished playing actions, buying resources and declaring weapons, each of them declares how many mansion cards they want to reveal this round.
Chris is doing 60 damage and chooses to take 2 mansion cards.
Ada is doing 50 damage and chooses to also take 2 mansion cards.
Jill is only doing 30 so she only chooses to take 1 mansion card
While Leon is doing 80 damage and chooses to take 3 mansion cards.
All four players simultaneously reveal one of their face down mansion cards.
Chris pulls an infected with 20 health and is able to defeat it. This lowers his total damage to 40.
Ada pulls an infected with 40 health and is able to defeat it. This lowers her total damage to 10.
Jill finds a yellow herb and her total damage remains unchanged.
Leon pulls an infected with 55 health and is able to defeat it. This lowers his total damage to 25.
Then Chris, Ada and Leon reveal their next mansion card. Jill has no more cards left to reveal so now she can use her remaining damage to either Kill steal or assist another player.
Chris reveals an infected with 35 health and is able to defeat it. This lowers his total damage to 5.
Ada reveals an infected with 20 health and is not able to defeat it. Since she doesn't have any more cards to reveal she asks for assistance.
Leon reveals an infected with 40 health ans is not able to defeat it. Leon still has another card to reveal and choose to save his damage and just takes the hit from the infected. Leon's infected becomes available to other players to Kill Steal however no one is able to do 40 damage to the infected so it is discarded.
Jill decides to step in and help out Ada and uses 10 of her damage to defeat it. Ada still recieves the decoration and 1 skill point. Jill recieves 2 skill points.
Before Leon reveals his final mansion card, he checks the groups total remaining damage which is 15 (5 from Chris and 10 from Jill)
Leon reveals an infected with 20 health and is able to defeat it.
The Combat phase is over.
Regroup
Raise the Hotel counter by 1
Players discard their hand and play area then draw their next hand.
