where I live at Manchester NH thier not any from of a League for me to play at/with with the 3 promos that will be at two years of horror are you guys going to treat this like the other promos( stores will have the to give out with the new set) or will it be like PR-005 Albert Wesker was at frist only giving out at two years of horror?

We currently don't know what we are doing after the game day event with the excess Rebecca and Hunk promos (if there are any).

when is the last day a store can sing up for it?

About 2 weeks before the event.

Both of the stores near me are signed up, and I checked with one of them yesterday and they will be hosting the tournament. (LoneStar comics in Plano TX).

My local store fell off the list when he moved, so I just signed him back up. I want that Nurse Rebecca.

When I picked up a couple copies of Mercenaries last week at my LGS (20 Sided Store in Brooklyn), the owner said they weren't going to be doing this event so I guess I won't have any way of getting these promos...hopefully they become available some other way than Ebay price-gougers.

It seems like it would be good for Bandai to release their promo cards in one "booster" type package similar to the way Ascension's promos are sold. Clearly the intended purpose of the promo cards is to PROMOTE the game, but it seems like most LGS would rather sell them online to the already established fan base. Definitely a missed opportunity on Bandai's part, but my fingers are still crossed...
