Can activated skills be used more than once per turn if they are activated and have their requirement met? Like Reversal lvl 1, Reversal lvl 2. Also does Toughness lvl 2 allow me to activate Reversal lvl 1 to draw 3 +1A and not take that 10 damage?
You guys are pointing out a great flaw in the design of the game that I know I need to fix in the future.
This whole "can" thing is a bit...longwinded. I will have to apply a new method to 100% discern 1/turn effects.
Also all pertinent questions have been added to the FAQ.
You might have to just put "once a turn". Yeah, it takes more space but there is no arguing about the meaning.
On a related note, if a Skill that can only be used once per turn is used, has xp removed from it making it inactive, then becomes active again that same turn, can you use it's effect again?
If I may offer a thought if you are working toward polishing mechanics.Is there any way to transition toward use of the word 'may' vs 'can'. I know the context would essentially be the same in terms of game play and has been defined clearly in the rules, but 'can' implies physical ability while 'may' implies option / permission. I know I've seen questions arise in relation to 'can' being optional or not which would require an ounce of explanation at times. Not a big deal, just a slight recommendation since my grammar nazi ways have a burr under the saddle on that one.
