Any chance of an early release of the PDF for the rulebook?

I'm guessing we'll just have to wait until the game comes out before we see the new rule book online, but I figure it does not hurt to ask.

Personally, I'd like to read up on skills more so when the game comes out we can just sleeve it and play it.
