My friend really likes the game and he wants to create custom character cards that have essentially the same template and dressing as the normal character cards. Any suggestions or patterns done by previous individuals? I've seen the classic Resident Evil ones done on here but that may not be appropriate considering...

The custom characters he wants to make are the cast of the Expendables. Any suggestions for abilities? He may be planning to just use pre-existing cards for the abilities but I figure crowd sourcing it might come up with some great ideas.
