Since in each set, each book at the list of starting cards for mercenaries mode for each character - where can I find the starting list for the Promo characters? Or is there NOT a list and I will need to create house rules for thier list?

What part of Texas are you? DFW here.
I'm in the Dallas area as well, it's a small world. :P
Do you have a gaming group that plays the RE deck building game a decent amount? My group, unfortunately, isn't playing it much. It's been several months since I've played a game (the last time was shortly after Nightmare came out, probably).
A friend of mine bought the base set and introduced my son and I to it. Hes a big casual gamer - likes to collect ANY and all games so he introduces us to new games all the time. We played it a few times and I thought it was the best of the three DBGs we had played up to that point. My wife caved in and joined after being pestered everytime. She loved the game right away and suggested that we go out and buy the next day. Since then we have played it nearly everyday and just finished buying the last set.
So, in answer to your question - sort of. We have my son, my wife and my friend who all play. Would you like to get together at some LGS sometime? Is the main Lone Star store in Arlington close enough to not put to much of a strain on transportation for you?

Arlington isn't too terrible (only around 25m away) so I'd be down for getting together sometime for a game at Lone Star Arlington.

And I hate dancing. That is one of my least favorite things to do. Other things that I hate are exercise, work, people, stupid people.
Actually, that's where that message was SUPPOSED to go. Don't know it didn't.
