There are some coins in the Outbreak Box.
I am wondering what they are supposed to be used,
since it doesn't seem to be enough if they should be your health?
and there are no 5 or -5 coins?

They're to mark damage. The 5 is on the back side of the 10.

The '-20' is to mark the effect on your max health after you die. The other markers are to mark how much damage you have taken. There are no '-' on the damage markers so that they don't get confused with the '-20' max health markers. Originally Posted by tysonlee1114
