    Infected Characters and attacking

    1) When an infected Character attacks can he attack for his base damage because all characters have a base damage even if it is 0.
and the way it is worded in the manual suggests it does
"Base damage: The damage the infected character deals when it attacks or when it is attacked and not defeated."
I ask because I was at a tournament and they interpreted it as you can not attack with your base damage.
    2) when you attack with infected cards can you add your base damage on top of the damage total from the cards?
    3) when you attack with zombie A "berserker" can you attack a person with the 0 base damage and the other non infected players get hit by the 10 damage.

They had it wrong. When an Infected Character attacks, they deal their base damage in addition to damage granted by Infection cards. So Zombie B will always do at least 5 to someone, Zombie C will deal 10, and Zombie A can attack for 0 but deal 10 damage to the other players.

    Hi Guys,

I also have a basic question regarding attacking.

If i have a knife or any weapon i can pay for and i choose to use my explore to attack my friend who is an infected Zombie B.

Will i do my weapon damage to him, and he in turn deals his base 5 damage back to me?

And vice versa, if he atks me for his base on his turn...can i play anything in response by using my own weapons (ammo permitting) to attack back?

I play WOW TCG and its a bit of a habit to attack back =)

    Please clarify.

If you fail to kill him he will do his base damage back to you. Should he attack you during his turn you cannot attack back. As the rules and cards are written at the moment you can only play weapons and attack during your turn.
And I hate dancing. That is one of my least favorite things to do. Other things that I hate are exercise, work, people, stupid people.

So say if he has 140 hp and i atk him with a knife.

Will i do 5 to him, and because i can't kill him he does 5 back?

Or do i do 0 and he deals 5 to me?

In this scenario, after your turn, your friend will have 135 health and you will have been dealt 5 damage.

hi.. i'm a newbie here..and i just buy the outbreak game along with the first REBG game..

    i got a trivial question (i'm sorry if it's a dumb question)
    1. the infected character always got 1 explore on every turn, right? so if the infected characters does not explore on his/her turn and does not attack the non-infected characters, does it means that the infected player could get another infection card from the infection deck?

    2. what happen if the infected characters does explore the mansion?

    3. if the question 1 is do-able..when the infection deck is run-out of card does it means that the infected characters cannot increase the infection level anymore.?

    thanks be4

    1. Infected cannot raise their Infection level, and only the Infector (sorry I can't remember what letter it is) can use ITS effect to lower the number of Infections it has. At no time can an Infected Character cease to be an Infected Character.

    2. Infected Characters cannot Explore the Mansion or attack an Infected Character.

    3. As soon as a Character hits 10 Infections, they become an Infected Character, this ensures that there are 10 Infections for each player.
