Broken Butterfly. Decent cost, ability, and ammo requirement. You can pick it up relatively early in the game and it's going to be able to defeat like 75% of the Mansion (a.k.a. the "40 and below" crowd).

I still don't have set favorites since there is so much to try, but I'm really liking Long Awaiting Dawn at the moment. That card + any combination of 'A Gift', 'Raccoon City Police Department', or even 'Mansion Foyer' / Drawing Cards is just nuts.
Also I've probably seen in mentioned but Classic Leon + Silver Ghost / Punisher is insane.
