The extra Ammos, Knives, and Handguns are what I pulled out. The rest of the cards are all quite neccessary unless you straight up decide you dont want to use them. If you dont plan on playing partners mode, then cards like partners, star crossed duo, and archrival arent really neccessary (though thier bonuses still work). Same goes for infection cards if you dont plan on playing outbreak mode. But if you plan on at least trying all these modes then only the extra ammo, knives, and handguns are unneccessary.
And I hate dancing. That is one of my least favorite things to do. Other things that I hate are exercise, work, people, stupid people.

Thank you for the reply... Appreciate it. I'm hoping to find some people at the local store to play the game with me sometime soon.

What you leave out depends on what sets you prefer. Personally I almost never use most of the Premier or Alliance actions (especially the Premier, as I feel the later set has better versions of most of those actions) and a lot of users here seem to dislike the Infection mechanic, so their Outbreak mode specific cards probably don't see much use. Pretty much you're going to have to play a few games of each type and sleeve what you like.

First off it looks sleek and I look forward to when I get around to buying the Nightmare set. I want to go in order of what sets I buy just to experience the game in order of release.

But the tray in the Premium set is just all sorts of blah. Right now I'm storing the game in Ultra Pro Deck Boxes and when they weren't sleeved I only needed two but when I bought a bunch of cheap clear sleeves I ended up using three boxes so now I can't fit it in without removing the divider... I'm happy to see it not being an issue with the Nightmare set.

Actually I think once I get around to having all the current sets I'll keep the extra ammos, handguns, knifes and green herbs in a spare deck box as it fits in quiet nicely.

That said you're able to fit all three sets of ammo, the handgun, knife and green herb in one deck box with sleeves. So it's a good option if you expect to get two different game's going.

I don't have any of my cards sleeved, so there's a ton of space left with all four sets organized. I haven't seen this brought up yet, but will future sets come with dividers for their unique actions and weapons?

I also would like to have those dividers.
Even if they read just "Events" and "Items".
They belong into the Mansion but not in every scenario.
Also the Mansion itself is divided into the four parts, so in which of them should I keep the Items and Events?
It would just have been two little cards more but these would have made this already great expansion perfect.

I haven't sleeved them till now, and only half of the Box is filled so I am ready for at least three more expansions.
I am really exited what there will be coming.

The Mansion is divided into for four parts because there are four Mansions. Each divider has a picture of a big Infected from one Mansion.

Similarly to The Enforcer, I have things organized by type. ie, all the shotguns are in one batch, rifles, machine guns etc. I also have a "type" labeled Specialty Weapons that holds the Flame Throwers and Long Bows. As for actions, there are separated in to "Draw", "Buy", "Weapon", "Trash", "Partner", "Infection", and "Mess With" (I think that is all of them). The card is filed under what we use the card for mostly. For example, although UB Injection is technically a "Mess With" card, it is filed under "Buy" since it is 99% of the time used for the +1 Buy.

I too feel like one more expansion may fit in the box. I have the foam blocks (and then some) on both sides... Now that I think about it, it may be because I am not using as many of the file separator cards due to having fewer categories.
