Someone draws the hunter card, and my max health is reduced by 20.

Me and my friend has had some disagreements on how this should apply, and I cannot find an answer anywhere.
He stated the damage tokens remain on my character, thus health thould be reduced to 30/60.
Since I have 30 damage worth of tokens on top of my character, as well as a -20 token.
    80 - 30 - 20 = 30.

This would mean that if my health was 20/80 prior to the Hunter card being drawn, it would effectively kill me.
60 damage worth of tokens, plus a -20 reduction in maximum health.
    80 - 60 - 20 = 0

I personally belive that reducing maximum health should not affect the health you have remaining.
So if I had 50/80 health, it would be reduced to 50/60.

Could I please get an official response on how maximum health reductions apply?
Sorry this isnt an official response (those take a while to get round here!). Your max health drops...but your current health remains the same. So in your example if you did indeed have 50/80 then it would be reduced to 50/60. The hunter card tells you to reduce your maximum health...it says nothing about your current health. The only time I feel this would be reduced is if you are at max health...because obviously you cannot have more than your max health.
And I hate dancing. That is one of my least favorite things to do. Other things that I hate are exercise, work, people, stupid people.

The red bar can NEVER be higher than the green bar, only equal.
This should answer it for you.

The answers to Silver Ghost and Punisher don't really seem to explain them fully. I believe the question is meant to be: "When using either of these guns, do you draw the extra card(s) and get to perform the extra action(s) during your explore?" Since the effects activate once you have declared your weapons/ammo/damage for the explore, but have not yet revealed mansion card. So you would be able to stop just before revealing what you are battling to draw extra cards/play extra actions. Is that correct?

^incorrect. You do draw and gain the additional actions before the creature is revealed however you cannot spend your actions while you are mid explore. Explores buys and actions can all be used in any order during your turn. They don't have to be used immediately.

Okay, so I play my weapons and ammo with the intention of exploring, then with the Silver Ghost as one of my weapons I am able to draw an additional card. This card happens to be an Action card, so I can then play it as well before flipping the Mansion card for my explore. Does that sound correct?

You cannot play any cards while you are exploring. You draw the card when weapon effects apply which is during the explore just before the mansion card is flipped. You cannot play the card yet.

This is correct. You are in the middle of exploring, so you cannot play actions or cards unless they have an effect that denotes that you can.
