So besides the 30 new cards (assuming the same number of character/mansion cards as Outbreak) , there are only 20 other new cards? That's an interesting way of looking at.

The misprint is a shame. Won't stop me from buying it, but I'd love to see a fix at some point.

Yes that's correct...im not counting the fact that there will be 5 or 6 of each card. There may be 8-10 new actions and 2 of them are mis prints. That's pretty substantial considering that they are force feeding new sets of a non collectible game with virtually no legitimate organized play set up...they released promotions for june and july and then did nothing for over 4 months and they come out with misprints in 150 card set...I guess that's cool...

If you really have no intention of buying the set because 2 cards have the incorrect number on them, then so be it. You aren't really proving anything to us (Or them) other than that you are a stuck up jerk :l

Several people have commented at the speed of releases... If they release at the same speed as other CCGs "every 3-4 months) but in a self contained non-blind buy package... I'll take it.

$30.00 for all of the game ever few months is way better than any other ratio you get for any ccg.

I think calling him a jerk is too much. I'm getting the set regardless of the misprints but I also think this should not have happened. These sets cost a good amount of money, there should be no probloems with it or they shouldn't charge us full price now that we have to wait for them to maybe release them as promos and get enough to replace all of the misprints.

If cards were missing, or there was incorrect effect text on cards I would understand there being issues. RE is a essentially designed by one person, who also works on other games for the company. Before, RE sets were released every 6 months giving him ample time to go over every detail a number of times before shipping it to the printers. having only 3 months to design, test, get art approved, and check every card is not alot of time for one person. Look at wizards of the coast, they pump out a 200+ card set every 3 months, having 8-10 people designing the sets, then another 8-10 people testing it, and then another group of people who select the artwork and put together the card itself.

So tbh I'm not really surprised there were two small errors in the first set since production time was cut in half.

EDIT: Furthermore I really do feel that you would have to be a jerk to throw it back in Tylars face, considering how active he is with keeping us updated on production (Pictures of new products, previews, answering questions), how often he listens to our feed back (Dividers, storage box, storage box that holds everything, Krauser infected, Outbreak girls, going back to the basics for nightmare after people hated on mode specific characters, etc), and how he came out and told us of the error before we bought it. Most companies wouldnt even do that -_-

So yeah, I stand by my statement that he is a jerk.

I still find it weird that the misprint on Lone Wolf reads 1 and not 2 when it's supposed to be 20 ammo. I figured they just would've forgotten the 0, but alas.

Regardless of all the hate it's getting from some people in particular... just wait. For those of you that don't have it yet, this set may just blow your mind. It's THAT good.

that's good I'll be getting mine either thursday or saturday, depends on if my LGS gets it in on Wed or Fri.

edit: *Bowl I'll see if my LCS (Local Comic Shop) will be getting the Outbreak Girls in and if I can get extras.

I dunno if I want to buy this just yet... I think, if Bandai realizes there is an error, perhaps they could have a replacement set waiting, and when you send in your comment cards, stating you have received the error edition, they could send you the replacements free of charge? If that be the case, I would be all for it, but to give out the correct cards as PROMOS instead of biting the bullet and giving the appropriate cards out to all those who supply feedback (and state in feedback that they have incorrect cards) is just silly and a bit of a nudge in the stomach to those who have been quite dedicated to this game. Perhaps Bandai could consider this option?

I agree Tylar does a good job , and for being made by one person this is an amazing game. BUT I'm amazed that the mistake made it all the way to the finished product & going to be on shelves. I can't believe someone didn't notice it. I'm guessing more people than just Tylar saw the cards in various stages while the expansion was being made, I highly doubt that he alone was the only person to see everything from beginning to end. I assumed everything is looked at closely before anything is released, that's how most companys work.

Like any product anybody buys, you expect what you're buying to be perfect right? I understand why somebody wouldn't want to buy this set until the problem was fixed. I'm sure not everyone who plays this game has ever come onto this website so when they get the game this will probably be a big surprise to them. And when/if they find out they have to wait and get the promo version to replace each of the misprints, they will be ****ed. I know it probably sounds like I'm bashing Tylar but I'm not, I work with a company that ships stuff & we have to think of our product this way. So I don't think that he's a jerk for not wanting to buy a game with a mistake. The worker part of me is amazed ar the misprint, but the Resident Evil fan part of me doesn't care haha.

Like I said, I'm buying this set anyways. I appreciate all the work Tylar has done, but honestly, I wish the cards didn't have misprints. I really do appreciate knowing about the misprints ahead of time though.
