If you get a generic PC version working, you may be able to pitch it to bandai to see if they'll want to buy it and put official artwork into it.

If they can't sue me, I'll try to make a PC game on Java
A company cannot sue you outright if you develop something based on a game they have yet to put into the market...such as a Smartphone/Computer version of a card game that they produce. They can send you a cease and desist letter if they decide to pursue this marketing venture, but as it stands, assuming you are not charging people for the program, Bandai cannot sue you for developing free-ware...especially if it does not affect sales of the main product. Also, even by using the images of the cards that YOU have purchased, they cannot take you to court unless they send you a cease and desist letter that you have ignored AND they can prove that the use of their images by you through a free-ware program is hindering sales of their product.

    Short hand: You'll be fine.

Yeah. I'd like too much to see it in a apple store, so I can play it on my iPod touch.
    I submit it!!!

i wouldnt think of playing RE DBG on phone/ipad, have to consider alot of factors such as online connection, networks and stuffs. It spoils all the physical fun, but i love to have a randomizer app like Dominion do. With alot of sets/cards coming out, so much of a headache to figure out which set up to play
