There were MANY more than 32 Weskers made. At GenCon I held the box with all the copies in them AFTER the championship tourney. There are plenty left.

Count me in. I want one but for a reasonable price. If there is a GenCon in my place, i will have gone there but distributing one-of-a-kind card exclusively for GenCons is one selfish move.

I am in the "Wait 2 Weeks To Receive A Copy of RE: DBG Outbreak" Club, how about you?
Thank you Bandai for not giving out promos for pre-orders.
It was brilliant of you to make remaining Outbreak characters as promos in case that the new game mechanics fail..
Received Copy of RE: DBG Outbreak = 10 October 2011
Please do not substitute 100 cards for card dividers and a cardboard box within a cardboard box.
Came across this Thread in the Outbreak Forums, Tyler Bandai states that all the promos will be available to the public at a later date:
http://www.bandaicg.com/residentevil...clusive-Promos
Promos in a board game or non collectible card game that have a very small print run are a slap in the face of the consumer. If we wanted to deal with the BS of trying to collect all the darn things we would go play a CCG like Magic the Gathering. Getting away from this sort of thing was one of the reasons I quit M:tg. So hopefully they are telling the truth and all the promos will be available to the general public soon after all the cons are done.
I think it's also a slap in the face to people who actually went to GenCon & won their Wesker card. They didn't give it out as a collectible, they gave it out as a prize. I would love if they gave out exclusive cards as tournament prizes, they would be meaningless if they were given out widely. I think some promos should be given out widely & some not.
So you shouldn't have any issues with giving it to someone who beats you in a subsequent match/tournament, like a sports trophy. Have you thought about giving it to somebody else who wins against you, or are you going to hang onto it for all time and put it in your little shrine of Resident Evil things?
Richard Hurtado, i have slight doubts that anyone will bet a card which have only 32 copies in this world. A normal person will sell it at e-bay [Maybe for USD 300 with all the promo cards, foil cards and RE: DBG that came out [RE: DBG, RE: DBG Alliance and RE: DBG Outbreak]. I will do that if i want to quit RE: DBG.
