I've seen a few things saying you can get a level 5 upgrade for your weapons, but nothing on how to get them. Does anyone know?

S rank every mission on hard, I believe. Level 5 is unlimited ammo.
Oh boy, I apologize. My hormones are goin nuts. Now please if you would get the f* outta my way. I mean how many times I gotta f*in write "ice cream" on this f*in list before someone gets in f*in gear, and brings home the f*in ice cream? Maybe I should get a steak knife and etch it in your muthaf*in forehead! How hard can it f*in be? Ice muthaf*in cream! I guess that's the price I pay for livin with two f*in morons!

Np, the hardest ones are going to be the RE3 levels: Ada and Raccoon Destruction 3 and the Fall of Umbrella if you are alone. Get as many headshots as you can early since you need 30+. The East Office area is great for this if you can get most/all. Just be fast and accurate for the other levels.

Also, do you know what's up with the special stage? I've seen a few thing about it unlocking stuff too, but it's a bit of a pain to play through.

It unlocks nothing, but is such a pain to beat. I've gotten it a few times but the last zombie is hard because only a crit kills.
