    Infected character questions:

"If an infected character kills a non-infected character, whether by infection or damage, the Player controlling the infected character randomly chooses an Infected attached to that character and removes that chosen infected from the game."

When this effect occurs from damage, does it happen every time the character hits 0 life, or only when the character's maximum health is 0? The impression I am getting from the forums is that most people are playing it where every time someone gets hit to 0 they lose an infected, but in those same posts I am seeing what I experienced, where it becomes a legitimate strategy to rush into becoming an infected character and "grief" other players, as early game it is hard to fend off infected characters.
This happened to me accidentally, when I encountered Tyrant twice early game after getting to level 2 quickly. I considered myself unlucky as I was only leading by 6 points and was turned into a zombie by turn 10 or so of the game, but somehow me getting stabbed in the gut twice by Tyrant helped me by just letting me seal the deal by putting too much pressure on my opponent before her deck was fully functioning. The score difference between losing a card every time she hit 0 and just the final time was pretty tremendous. Granted I had the lead in the early game anyway, I don't feel like I should have gotten rewarded for getting killed so quickly.

Second question with less whining :P
When you become and infected character, do you still suffer the -20 health per death your character may have suffered? I don't see anything to support this but thematically I felt it made sense, and had assumed the infected characters were given 140 base health for this reason.

Thank you for your time ^^

Can't help you on the irst one, in one of the F.A.Q.s they said Infected Characters die once and don't come back.

Ah yes, I was aware of Infected Characters only going to 0 once. To specify I was wondering if the health penalties your living character incurred(if any) were supposed to carry over to the Infected Character.

No they do not carry over. Nor does the extra life from yellow herbs. Once your character is infected you have essentially become a new character.
And I hate dancing. That is one of my least favorite things to do. Other things that I hate are exercise, work, people, stupid people.

This line is referring to when a characters Health is reduced to 0, not when they are permanently at 0.

Thank you very much for clarifying that for me, Tylar.
