2 Questions about Rebecca(Outbreak) and "By Any Means Necessary".
Rebecca says "When an opponent lowers their infection level by ANY amount, draw a card."
By Any Means Necessary says "Lower you infection level by any amount, then gain the same amount of infections -1."
Question 1: Is Rebecca's card draw optional or MUST you draw whenever an opponent lowers their infection level?
Question 2. If you choose "Zero" for By Any Means Necessary, does this count as ANY amount for purposes of Rebecca, or for her to draw a card must an actual Infection have to be removed?
is that the exact wording on Rebecca? if so than I'm pretty sure it's a must effect, if it had "When an opponent lowers their infection level by ANY amount, you can draw a card." or "When an opponent lowers their infection level by ANY amount, you may draw a card." than it would be optional.
Played the Outbreak Mode with my friends the first time last Sat, it was fun.
I have a question.
The rule book said " if an infected character KILLS a non-infected character, whether by damage or INFECTION......"
I am wondering if the infection here means infection card or infection level (hence, turning the character into a zombie),
since turning into a zombie is not really a kill but maximum health turns into 0 is to me.
It means Infection level. When you hit your max Infection level, the game treats you as having died.
How many copies of each card are in the set?
Found out by asking the guy on the Facebook page. Was just interested in the copies of Yawn that were available. At any rate, thanks for the hot tip about what's on the back Hero.
The rulebook says, "Shuffle the following cards into a pile and place it next to the Resource Area, keeping it face down. Token Weapon, Item, Infected Cards, Event Cards..." As an expansion Outbreak is to be combined with either of the base sets, which explains the il****rations of the Rocket Launcher Case and Yellow Herb cards from the First set. But are the Infected Cards from the other set suppose to be added too? I assume not.
And if the Alliance set is used are the Event Cards also added? I assume they are.
And the fact that it says "Token Weapon" and not "Token Cards" mean only the Rocket Launcher is added? I assume not.
If you dont defeat lisa trevor do you take the damage and not increase your infection level?
