I never understood the concept of the "Defensive Dagger" from RE1 REmake. It's a dagger. If you stab the zombie with it and he dies, you can reach down and grab the dagger again to reuse it, so why are they only single use?

However, the card could make for some interesting moments in the card game.

The only reason I can think of is it could be an ornamental dagger, perhaps made of ivory or some brittle glass material. It's strong enough to stab but when you try to pull it out, it breaks.

I'm so in love with Remake^^ Gotta love the details in the mansion and the inventory screen =)

I think it was supposed to get stuck, because if you decapitate the zombie you get it back.

How do you decapitate a zombie? You mean shotgun to the head? That's more of a head explosion, not a decapitation. I didn't realize you would get the dagger back if you did that.

Decapitation is anything that removes the head.
