Not much of a limit. I think most league stores got about 30 to 40 each of the most recent promos. The Jill and Chris original promos are not hard to find now that they are sold on bgc's site.

I have a few duplicates...I know of hunk and the Inf Wesker. I don't need them, if you want them (I know you have the non-foil...But it might be fun just to have. I am willing to share)
