We've ruled the face down exclusive to Yoko, so it's not affected by the other 2 face-up cards as that is not what the effect was intended to do & would otherwise ruin the card design

Nope, that's specifically an effect that you may use from your hand during an explore

Playing an action is to "place the card from your Hand face up in your Play Area" a la the rule book

Nemesis, JJ, & Giant Majini should round out your mini-bosses
