questions needed answering

Hi, i have a few questions that needed some answering if possible:

1. In Nightmare, I encountered a explosive barrel card. I applied its effect where I get extra +30 dmg and +1 explore. Does the weapons i used in the current explore (where I revealed the barrel card) are used up and cannot be used in the extra explore that i just got, or can I use the weapons I have currently in play for the extra explore I have gained?

2. I know it's in the wrong forum, but in Outbreak, the Antivirus says reduece your infection level by 3 if you have 6 or more. I read somewhere that if your IL is not 6 or higher, you can put it back in the mansion if you wish. Is that correct?

1. You can use that extra explore then and there and just flip over the next card...thereby not losing any extra damage.

2. You can choose to remove or keep the antivirus in the game regardless of weather or not you used it to bring down infections (I have ALWAYS removed but Im an evil *******!)
