Search for the Lost Crystal
11-year-old Maura directs her 8-year-old brother Bayly and her dad in this short film, "Power Rangers: Search for the Lost Crystal." Set deep in the Forest of the Spirits, the Red Ranger must battle the Dirt Demons to find the mystical crystal that can save the world. Maura wrote the script with her brother Bayly. She also directed, co-starred, designed the costumes and the set, and helped edit the final cut. Only Royalty Free music is used in the film.

Meet the Judges who selected the Finalists

John Andrews
John Andrews is Senior VP at Klasky Csupo, Inc. serving as executive producer and creative director of ka-chew!, the company's spot-making operation. Since joining in 1998, Andrews has developed a large roster of animation directors and produced commercials for clients including among others Samsung, McDonalds, Gogurt, Campbells, Burger King, Mucinex, Keebler, Nabisco, and Minute Maid and promos and titles for networks including MTV, Nick, E!, A&E, Bravo, and ABC.  John was formerly at MTV Networks in New York from 1992-1997 where he produced Beavis and Butthead. He became VP of Animation and supervised series including Daria, Aeon Flux, The Maxx, The Head and The Brothers Grunt and pilots including MTV's Downtown, Bootzilla and Cartoon Sushi. He was also the co-producer of the theatrical feature Beavis & Butt-Head do America.

Michael Crawford
Michael Crawford (aka Captain Toy) is the proprietor of mwctoys.com where he reviews a wide variety of pop culture collectibles. Several times every week he takes an in depth look at action figures, statues, busts, prop replicas, games, toys and other fun and collectible goodies. Michael has loved toys and pop culture all his life, and has been running his popular website for almost a decade. He's consulted with toy companies large and small, provided collectibles photography to online and print publications, and written thousands of articles on the industry and the products.

Paul Schrier
Paul Schrier is known for his role as Farkas "Bulk" Bulkmeier in the hit television series Power Rangers. He portrayed the character for seven seasons from 1993-1999 and was the last original cast member to leave the show, as well as the longest performing actor in the series. Schrier also directed several Power Rangers episodes as well as 16 episodes of the Hello Kitty animated series, and a short film, "An Easy Thing". He is also a 3D digital artist, having worked on the ground-breaking comic book, The Red Star. Currently Paul is Creative Director at a Top Secret Los Angeles art studio.

Sean Phillips
Sean Phillips is the executive producer of Yahoo! Movies and Yahoo! Kids. He oversees all content for both the leading online movie destination and the web's leading resources for safe, fun, kid-appropriate information. A lifelong move buff, Sean works closely with movie studios and regularly appears in the news as an expert industry trends.
