I'm started slapping my head back and forth when 1st started explaining the Emo Gene, and how both clans rely on the power of LOVE. Honestly, it was Naruto's version of midichlorians.

When your chapter could easily be worked into Care Bears, YOU HAVE A PROBLEM.

That's what I thought the Hashirama turning out to be loud and obnoxious was quite humorous. I believe some people we are holding the standards of a childish manga way too serious it was originally cartured to children anyway. Secondly Tobirama was very informative.

When he fought sarutobi, the 3rd said that they were "more like they used to be" after they got more serious, so him being childish does not make sense, since it contradicts the previous statement. Either the 3rd never knew them well, or kishimoto just got bored and threw it in.

I don't even care about Derpriama Senju. It was silly, and kind of obnoxious, but that wasn't what ticked me off.

It was the entire explanation of THE POWER OF LOVE, THE EMO GENE, and everything else the 2nd prattled on about. It wasn't just bad writing. It was insultingly bad writing.

I like the first hahaha. The second is kinda a douchebag though and lacks foresight.

The explanation of Sharingan eyes essentially being cursed was appropriate, if derpy. Guess the Uchiha are literally the embodiment of Emo. Now Sasuke's unrelenting dumbforkery at least has some grounding.

And some much needed comic relief after all the serious-face stuff recently. Woo.

I like the explicit mention by Orochimaru that he no longer cares about the Leaf village. Not sure Orochimaru is truly a villain anymore. It even honestly looks to me almost like he's trying, in the most badass way possible, to make one last attempt at possibly fixing Sasuke's absurd attitude problem.

Well when you are planning to take over a body, you want to make sure you got all the emo out first.

honestly though, I was considering how retarded it would be if Orochimaru ends up saving the leaf village. That would just be lame.

And honestly, I'm still not sure why orochimaru was allowed to make a contract with the death god and live. Did he find a loophole in the fine print? seriously, even if you don't take someone's soul, just by making the contract and having him show up, i was under the impression you had to pay with your soul.

actually yes. You cannot be both a badass and a dumbass. If you are the latter, you cannot be the former by default. I dislike the 1st hokage. He used to be my favorite kage. Not anymore.

Besides, technically immortal madara so far has proven to be the ultimate badass.

To every one upset about as most of you are calling the Emo gene with the Uchiha, you have to realize with this revelation makes all the sense in the ninja world. It explains thoroughly Madara and Obito wanting to go through with the M.E.P. to want to create a world where in their minds no one ever dies and even the dead come back to life.

Again people taking this manga too seriously. Take it a step further name your top 3 favorite anime/manga and I bet they're is something either messed up with the story, lack of originality, unimaginative writing, or bad storytelling. Either stop reading the manga or stop compalining about it every single week.

Killer bee is not a badass. Neither is the third hokage. Neither is Naruto, even in his current form. Being a badass is more than just being powerful. It has to do with personality as well. Madara is a badass. Itachi was a badass before he was edo tensei'd, now he's lame. Orochimaru, borderline badass. Zabuza? badass.

Jiraiya, borderline badass, he has the power, but his personality is iffy.
Hashirama? not so much. Tobirama is way more badass than he is just from what we saw last chapter based on attitude alone.
