N628 And Negation

Say I have N628 in play and I play M965 to remove a Ninja. Say my opponent negates N628 effect till end of turn, would their Ninja be able to come back since N628 was negated till end of turn or would his effect turn back on before M965 had the chance to put the Ninja back into play.

"Until the end of turn" effects will end first. Then "at the end of the turn" effects will trigger.
