While I have no doubt that almost all of those are going to appear probably, that wouldn't be the order at all. Cards of each card type are done by element, in the order of Earth, Fire, Lightning, Water, Wind, Void. Then, they're usually in order of Entrance cost, so the very first Ninja of the set is going to be a low drop Earth Ninja, and the very last Ninja is going to be a high drop Void.
