There is zero reason to cheat him into play early, because he won't get his effect, and his stats aren't worth the trouble. He is meant to be a finisher for Lightning. If you're on Turn 7, and his trigger resolves, you are almost guaranteed to win unless you are so far behind already.

If someone wanted to be greedy and play the new Tailed Beast bomb much earlier, I agree. I wish they gave him burst, but whatever. still very balanced.

New jutsu Is funny. I like it.

Aside from only having one user, It's not bad. Kill a guy and OV a team. I like how were getting some common jutsus that are ninja specific that can devastate.

if someone wanted to use tailed beast bomb early they use any of the tailed beasts

Kurostuchi gives partial faith to the perm earth deck. Make it a +1 coin on the sides sorta thing and voila.
Just wish she was T4.

am i the only person who looks at the blank spots on the set list and goes, "**** i hope all the Good stuff is in there" because what we have now(outside of like TBB) isnt that good

Hirodora and Muu, a common and uncommon respectively, are "not that good"!?
